RETURNS + SHIPPING

RETURN POLICY -
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Requests for a refund should be made within 48 hours of product arrival. We will accept returns of new sealed items in original condition within 14 days of the order. Exchanges can be made for different sizes or color options. Please email email@example.com prior to shipping back your product(s) to receive return number. Be sure to pack and seal the package securely. We recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Packages must be returned prepaid.

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the item price on your original receipt, and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Gift cards & final sale items are non-returnable. Custom orders are not refundable.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS -
All product is constructed by hand and might have slight pattern variations & handcrafted character. If you received a defective or damaged product please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions on receiving a refund or replacement. Any replacement shipping costs will be on us.
MISSING ITEM -
So sorry that we made a mistake on the order. Lets make it right. Please contact us at: email@example.com and give us your name, order number and specific details on which item was missing. We will send it out immediately.

LEAD TIME -
All product is made to order and will be shipped out 1-4 weeks after order is placed. You will be notified when the order is shipped along with tracking info.|
We ship most US orders via USPS, but FedEx is also an option. All product is constructed by hand and is made to order. Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday from Portland, Oregon. Weekend and holiday deliveries may cause other shipping delays. Shipping time varies on location of shipment.
Domestic - All product is made to order.
Shipping charges on orders totaling $100 or more is free through USPS Ground.
Shipping charges on orders under $99 is a flat rate of $6 or $11 thought USPS Ground depending on your total amount.
All orders ship through USPS Ground unless specified.
Shipping charges on FedEx is a flat rate of $18 or $25 depending on your total amount.
Domestic shipments take approximately 3-5 business days.
There are faster shipping options, but additional costs may apply.
